We have served the West Valley of metro Phoenix since 1976, when Dr. Robert Holyoak opened the practice. Today Dr. Holyoak and Dr. Lisa Kubik care for adults and seniors across Peoria, Sun City, Sun City West, Glendale, and Surprise, where visits are unhurried and the plan and its cost are clear before any work begins.
Most of our patients have been with the practice for years, and many for decades. That continuity shapes how we work. We know your medical history, the way your teeth have changed over time, and the small things that matter to your comfort in the chair. New patients are welcome, and a first visit usually starts with a longer-than-average conversation so we can understand what you want from your dental care before we recommend anything. Our office sits in central Peoria on West Thunderbird Road near 91st Avenue, minutes from many of the city's established neighborhoods. We care for patients from Westbrook Village, Fletcher Heights, and the Sundance area, along with families driving down from the Vistancia communities in north Peoria. The office is a short trip from the Peoria Sports Complex and the P83 district.
Getting here is simple from the Loop 101 Agua Fria Freeway or Grand Avenue. Take either route to Thunderbird Road between 91st and 95th Avenues, and you will find us on the south side of the road with free parking at the door. We sit right on the Peoria and Sun City border, so the drive stays short for our many older patients.
