What to Expect After You Contact Us

Our team reads every message that comes in through this page. During office hours, you can usually expect a reply the same day. Messages that arrive over the weekend or after hours are answered first thing the following Monday morning. If your message is about an urgent dental concern such as severe pain, swelling, or a broken tooth, please call us at (623) 933-8410 during office hours rather than sending an email, since we can triage urgent needs faster on the phone and offer you a same-day appointment when one is available.

When you reach out about scheduling, it is helpful to mention a few preferences so we can match you to a convenient appointment on the first try. Let us know whether you are a new or existing patient, whether you are coming in for a specific concern or a routine cleaning, the days of the week and times of day that fit your schedule best, and whether you have any accessibility or mobility considerations we should plan around. The more we know in advance, the more we can tailor your visit.

Frequently Asked Contact Questions

Do you accept walk-ins?
We do our best to accommodate urgent walk-in patients during office hours, but we recommend calling first at (623) 933-8410. A short conversation lets us hold a chair for you and minimize your wait when you arrive.
What if I have a dental emergency outside office hours?
If you have a dental emergency on a Friday, weekend, or holiday, call (623) 933-8410 and follow the prompts. For severe trauma, uncontrolled bleeding, swelling that affects your breathing, or a knocked-out tooth, please go to your nearest emergency room. Our emergency dental care page has more guidance on what counts as an after-hours emergency and what you can do at home until the office opens.
I am a new patient. What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring a photo ID, your dental insurance card if you have one, a current list of medications, and any recent x-rays or treatment records you have access to. If you have been quoted treatment somewhere else and would like a free second opinion, bring that treatment plan with you as well. Plan to arrive ten minutes early so you have time to complete the new patient paperwork in the office, or call ahead and we will email the forms to you in advance.
Can I request an appointment over email?
You can. The contact form on this page goes directly to our office manager, who will reply with available appointment times. For the fastest scheduling, especially if you need to be seen this week, please call us at (623) 933-8410 during office hours.
How does my information stay private?
This form is for general inquiries and appointment requests. Please do not include detailed health information in your message. Anything that involves your dental history or medical conditions is best discussed in person or through our patient communications channel, which protects sensitive information consistent with HIPAA. Our privacy policy describes how we handle the information you share with us through the website.
